SIRS Singapore Institute of Retail Studies and Pixlr MOU Signing
On 06 Dec 2024, SIRS Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (NYP) and Pixlr Pte Ltd formalized a groundbreaking partnership with the signing of a MOU to jointly promote GenerativeAI programmes for design, content creation, and business growth. This collaboration aims to empower SMEs, particularly in the retail sector, by leveraging innovative AI technologies.
The MOU was signed by Ms. Esther Ho, Deputy Principal (Lifelong Learning & Enterprise Services) at NYP, and Ms. Stephanie Sitt, Executive Chairman of Pixlr Pte Ltd. The event featured a distinguished panel discussion, moderated by Mr. Zheng Wen Qiang (Kenny), CEO of the Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce Foundation, on the transformative role of AI in business, with insights from industry leaders like:

• Mr. Shawn Lee, COO of Crestar Enterprise, Crestar Fan

Some 120 attendees also had the opportunity to experience AI-driven tools firsthand at interactive booths showcasing the Designs.AI platform’s capabilities.
